Welcome to SeenDrop — a service offered by Tiguri GmbH, located at Riesbachstrasse 61, 8008 Zurich, Switzerland ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the SeenDrop website, platform, app, or any of our services ("Services"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.

SeenDrop is intended for individuals aged 13 years or older. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

SeenDrop offers a platform where users:

• Create digital avatars through onboarding prompts

• Participate in real-world or virtual events via check-ins, challenges, or partner activations

• Receive AI-generated media ("SeenDrops") representing their presence and experience

• Share SeenDrops with selected recipients

• Earn or spend digital engagement points ("SeenBits")

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without prior notice

You retain full ownership of any photos, prompts, or information you upload, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content as necessary to provide you with SeenDrops or related experiences. You agree not to upload or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

SeenDrop does not guarantee permanent storage of any media and reserves the right to delete content at its discretion, especially in response to violations or at user request.

SeenDrops are generated using AI based on prompts, presence, context, and avatar data. These are stylised interpretations, not recordings. We make no guarantees that the SeenDrop will accurately reflect real-world appearances, events, or identities.

We reserve the right to limit generation features or restrict access in cases of suspected abuse or misuse.

All SeenDrop branding, algorithms, UI/UX assets, and platform logic are the exclusive property of Tiguri GmbH. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

The SeenDrop name, logo, and avatar framework are protected under applicable IP law.

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SeenDrop, you agree to our data practices regarding analytics, presence detection, opt-in sharing modes, and anonymisation where applicable.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Abuse of AI generation tools

• Uploading inappropriate or harmful content

• Attempting to defraud the presence system

• Violating these Terms

SeenDrop is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are figuring things out, and learning as fast as we can. We make no express or implied warranties about the functionality, availability, or reliability of the Services. AI generation is inherently probabilistic and may produce unexpected results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiguri GmbH is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, content, or SeenBits

• User-generated content accuracy or use

Our total liability is limited to the amount (if any) paid by you to use SeenDrop
